At Scripture & Soil, each item is carefully handcrafted and inspected before it is packaged and shipped. Because our products are handmade, live plant products, or made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue and work toward an appropriate solution.

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund in cases where the error was ours or the item was damaged during shipping.
